With over 30 years of experience in Financial Services and Employee Benefits, Christina is a respected operational leader and an award-winning professional. She has a knack for blending colleague and customer experiences to create transformational results that truly shine. Her passion for colleague engagement is key to delivering outstanding customer experiences and boosting organizational performance.
As an independent consultant, Christina has applied her unique methodology across a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, legal, construction, leisure, radio, beauty, automotive, and even the superyacht sector. She is an outstanding facilitator and is able to work closely with both customers and colleagues to get to what really matters to them in a safe and engaging way.
In December 2015, she achieved the prestigious Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation, recognizing her expertise and dedication to setting industry standards in customer experience.
Outside of her role at The Colleague, Christina is a regular Chair of Judges for the UK Customer Experience and Employee Experience Awards. Her significant contributions to customer and people transformation in the Financial Services sector have earned her numerous accolades, including Team of the Year, Employee and Customer Engagement during lockdown, and UK Professional of the Year.
